SOLD!!!! TO THE HIGHEST BIDDER!
What inspires me to pursue a listing?.. While most Realtors want another notch on their belt, my answer is simple. Style and Grace! And this home my friends has lots of style and grace. If I would move in it, then I would list it, and then selling it comes naturally. Therefore, at 3 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, this Hephzibah home in Richmond County sold like a fresh piece of cake!
This home was officially on the market TWO WEEKS before I met it's next owner. Then another TWO WEEKS before it's next official offer, and let's just say the rest was history.
But then again, with heavenly views like this would you even once doubt that kind of turn out?.. Let's just say, "NOT when Kali's around"! Forget about a motivated seller, this little Realtor was more than determined to get the job done. With its beauty and my perseverance, she was already as good as sold.
Every home has a history, a destiny, and so does the people attached. Someone moves on, and someone moves in, either way my journey here was nothing but a great success!
